1 Small bowl for the dressing
1 large bowl for the salad
1 knife
1 Chopping board
1 silicon spatula or some implement for mixing the salas
Mix all dressing ingredients together. Stir until smooth.
½ cup almond butter, ½ cup lime juice, ¼ cup coconut aminos, 1 tablespoon red miso, 2 tablespoons sesame oil, 4 cloves garlic, 1 inch ginger
Mix slaw ingredients in a large bowl. Add in dressing and mix.
6 cups kohlrabi, 6 cups red cabbage, 1 cup cilantro, 7 scallions
