Dancing With Plants specializes in the entire spectrum of plant-based deliciousness! We are particularly focused on whole food plant-based cooking (though who doesn't love some of the amazing plant-based products out there once in a while for a tasty treat), meeting nutritional requirements, eating home fermented foods, and making plant-based meat substitutes ourselves. If you love food adventures, we cook cuisines from all over the world!
Keith Hughes is an energetic, talented, and creative chef! As passionate about collaborating with clients as he is about plant-based cuisine, Keith is a ton of fun to work with and extremely responsive to my dietary quirks and requests.
I’ve been happily “vegan for the animals” for over a decade, but have never loved to cook. Comfort food has been my mainstay, so I was looking for fresh inspiration and an infusion of healthy, yummy dishes…and Keith delivered. Literally! He brainstormed, planned, revised each menu multiple times (per my notes), shopped, cooked everything from scratch, and delivered a cooler filled with deliciousness directly to my door. Doesn’t get much better than that.
Over the course of six months, Keith turned my fridge into a “grab-n-go” (minus the guilt) for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It was a huge timesaver, and also motivated me to try some of his recipes, which are conveniently posted on his website. He’s not precious about sharing the goods — or his extensive knowledge — and insists on honest feedback, so he can cater to his clients’ specific tastes and health requirements.
I always knew how versatile and delectable a plant-based diet could be, but thanks to Keith, now I know it’s 100% achievable without all of the added salt and refined sugar. Dancing With Plants can design menus and recipes that can tailor to your unique culinary and dietary preferences and needs. We can help with gluten-free or other food allergens. Dancing With Plants has a set of questionnaires to make sure we are giving you what you need and want. Once you get started, we periodically check with you to see where there may be needed or desired changes.

If you want to cook yourself, we will supply you with a complete shopping list.
Don't want to cook up that delicious and healthy meal yourself? No problem! We will shop for you, cook and fill your refrigerator and freezer with tasty goodness! All you need do is heat and eat!
For now, Dancing With Plants can only provide meals and food prepared in your own kitchen. We are seeking Commercial Kitchen space where we can prepare meals and deliver them to your home.
How Do We Do It?
We prioritize whole-food, unprocessed ingredients whenever possible. We craft many of our dressings, sauces, and condiments from scratch for the ultimate flavor and nutritional control. To elevate your experience even further, we delve into homemade fermented foods, plant-based meat alternatives, and even vegan cheeses!
Dinner Parties for Your Family and Friends
Dancing With Plants can also help you host a small dinner party for your family and friends, letting you fully enjoy the event without having to prepare the food and clean up. We will create a menu meeting the your needs and those of your guests, arrive with the groceries, and prepare a meal that will amaze everyone!
